Full-time mom, entrepreneur, ice cream lover Phoebe Ngan and her four kids are your FIC home distributors for Marikina. When she couldn’t find a home distributor in their area, she decided to be one herself! A firm believer that ice cream is an all-time favorite dessert for all ages and a must-have for every celebration, we wanted to learn more about Phoebe’s experiences. What urged you to be a distributor for FIC?
During the quarantine, I was looking for home distributors in my area because there was a home distributor where I used to live. When I couldn’t find one, I decided to become one myself! It is also a way to train our children to do business since this is mainly their venture.

What’s the best-selling flavor in your area?
Raspberry is the clear favorite in my area!

Tell us a little something about yourself.
My name is Phoebe. I’m 35 years old and a mother of 4 kids. My husband and I have had our home-based distribution business (USANA) for 11 years already, so we are also full-time entrepreneurs.

What is your relationship with customers like?
I have connected to people within the city to the point where some have already become my friends. I also give them updates on the stocks and promos we have.

Do you have any loyal customers? If so, why do you think they keep coming back for FIC?
Yes! We have customers who love and look for FIC just like I do. Having a home distributor in the area gives customers who love FIC easier access. We are one of our loyal customers as well.

What’s your take on ice cream in general? What does it mean to you?
Ice cream is the all-time favorite dessert for all ages. Most especially during celebrations, this is a must-have at the table. With the varieties of flavors available, there’s no “sawa” factor!
