About FIC
The Food People, Inc. (TFPI) was formed in 1997 with the express desire to create premium ice cream for export under the brand Fruits in Ice Cream (FIC).

Comprised of former key executives of the Philippines’ largest food and beverage conglomerate, the founders of TFPI have a collective experience of more than two decades in the international and domestic ice cream business.

FIC uses only carefully selected premium quality dairy and tropical fruit ingredients. Unlike commercial products that call themselves “ice creams” but use vegetable fats and non-dairy substitutes, we use only the best milk ingredients from New Zealand and Australia. In fact, you get a glass of milk in every scoop of FIC.

Our spectacular location in the Southeast Asia also allows us to take advantage of the freshest tropical fruits and we put a lot of them in our ice cream. Our fruit flavors are 1/3 real fruit so you get their full goodness unlike other brands that only use flavoring.
Butter Pecan
Butter Pecan is a well loved custard-based ice cream. FIC has prepared a traditional recipe using cream, milk, butter, eggs in the rich creamy ice cream base. Caramel sauce is then swirled into this premium custard ice cream. Chunky, crunchy, freshly roasted pecans are sprinkled, giving the much craved for blend of chewy caramel texture and the crackly crunch of pecan nuts.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
