A born and raised Southie, Ana Reyes has lived in Alabang all her life. An energy medicine facilitator, teacher, entrepreneur, wife, and mother of two young daughters, Ana is all about supporting and serving the communities she’s a part of. What made you join our community of home distributors?

At the start of the pandemic last year, everyone was relying on home delivery services. I took the chance of being an FIC home distributor when I found out there weren’t any distributors in my area. FIC is a well-loved brand, and I was sure there would be a high demand for it here in Alabang.

What’s the best selling flavor in your area?

All sorts! The No Sugar Added line is popular for sure, especially Belgian Chocolate and Mixed Berries. For the Premium Ice Cream line, the crowd favorites are Ube, Strawberry, Cappuccino, Cookies n Cream, and Queso.

Tell us more about your experience with your customers. What’s that exchange like?

Alabang peeps are very laid back and steady. I grew up here all my life, so creating the FIC community felt very organic to me. All my clients are very friendly and easy. I have very warm customers, so it’s easy to engage with them.

Do you have loyal customers? If so, why do you think they love FIC?

Oh yes! Our FIC community here is still growing, but I do have a lot of sukis. They come back simply because they love the ice cream! They feel the love, especially when FIC gives promos and giveaways. I believe that I have a special relationship with them as I value service.

What’s your personal take on ice cream in general? What does it mean to you?

My family loves ice cream. It has always been a part of our lives and a part of my childhood; you can’t forget those kiddie birthday parties indulging in a cone! It’s perfect comfort food that gives you solace when you’re sad but is also a wonderful indulgence for pleasure during celebrations with family and friends.
