Our story began in 1997 when former key executives of the Philippines’ largest food and beverage conglomerate decided to come together and found The Food People Inc., or TFPI. Under the brand Fruits in Ice Cream or FIC, our express desire was to create premium, high-quality ice cream for export.

With Ube, Macapuno, Mango, Halo-halo, Sweet Potato and Nangkasuy, we brought Filipino flavors beyond the borders of our islands to give other countries a taste of the Philippines.

Almost 24 years have passed since then, but the love for ice cream remains! It is our pride and joy to share happiness with you in the form of ice cream, and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. We are always coming up with new flavors and recipes, ever curious and passionate in our mission to create ice cream for everyone.
